JK Places has made a name for itself thanks to its super stylish boutique hotels that currently span Florence, Capri and Rome. JK Place, Paris will be the group’s first venture outside Italy – and the company has found a great place to make its debut.
The new hotel is situated between Boulevard Saint-Germain and the Seine in the 7th arrondissement, just a stone’s throw from the Musee d’Orsay and is scheduled to open in May 2019.
Acclaimed architect and designer Michele Bonan is as stylish as the interiors he creates.

Retaining the sophistication of what was formerly the European Consulate, the building’s interiors blend bespoke Italian furniture with objets d’art and antiques from Parisian flea markets, reflecting the brand’s Italian design DNA alongside elements alluding to the hotel’s location.
Each room is different – with local finds adding to the individuality – and has been thoughtfully appointed by owner Ori Kafri and Bonan. JK Places delivers a stay that’s as distinctive as it is considered.
Almost every fancy hotel in Paris features a white-starched-tablecloth fine-dining restaurant. Not JK Place, which seeks to differentiate itself with an alternative eating experience that is nevertheless equally refined in terms of its food offering, but with an understated sophistication.
Enjoy Italian sharing plates and warm, friendly service in a convivial environment at Casa Tua; with outlets in Miami and Aspen, it will be the restaurant group’s first overseas outlet. Guests can work up an appetite for dinner in the hotel’s indoor pool, or simply indulge in the serenity of the Sisley Spa.
